Shun Tak Group is committed to fulfilling its corporate social responsibility by actively nurturing the next generation and creating diverse pathways for young people to learn and explore career opportunities, while building a sustainable talent pipeline for the future of the cultural tourism industry. By offering a wide range of mentorship, real-world exposure and cross-border learning opportunities, we connect young people with seasoned professionals across our business segments, helping to cultivate future industry leaders.

The Group actively supports the “She Inspires” Mentorship Programme launched by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau. This programme matches local female university students with accomplished women leader mentors, and provides relevant training and activities to help mentees build the necessary skills, confidence, and networks to nurture the future strength that “hold up half the sky”. The inaugural cohort of the programme commenced in July 2025 and runs for one year. Ms. Pansy Ho, Group Executive Chairman and Managing Director, serves as a mentor, sharing her life experience and providing guidance to the mentees. She has mentored two young female talents through conversations on leadership, career aspirations, and personal growth, while providing diverse and immersive learning opportunities. These include participation in the Group’s “T+ Exploration” programme to explore the development potential of the Greater Bay Area’s cultural tourism industry, engaging with our Group’s female executives from different business units, and attendance at global business forum. These experiences offer meaningful, real-world exposure to business environments, leadership practices, and cross-sector development, broadening their horizons and unlocking their potential.

Ms. Pansy Ho will continue to serve as a mentor in the second cohort of the “She Inspires” Mentorship Programme, which is expected to commence in July this year. The Group will continue to invest in nurturing the next generation, leveraging our diversified business strengths to empower young people, support them in forging their futures, and develop them into future industry leaders. Through these efforts, the Group aims to drive the industry forward and cultivate a resilient talent pipeline for the long-term development of the Greater Bay Area.
